Shipping within Australia

  • All orders within Australia are sent via standard shipping or Express Post, both options are available at checkout. Tracking will be provided for both.
  • Please ensure your name is filled out and address is correct.
  • We are unable to update or cancel orders once posted. We are unable to refund orders that arrive later than the ETA provided by Australia Post.
  • If tracking says delivered but you can't locate your parcel, please contact Australia Post on Ph 137 678 to open a case.
  • We are unable to re-send "in transit" orders if it is past the ETA, due to a pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances Australia Post delays may occur, could be up to 3-5 weeks delay.

Shipping Overseas

  • All orders are shipped from Australia according to your chosen method, standard and express postage are available and tracking is included in all orders. The tracking number for your order will be provided with the dispatch note.
  • Standard post 2-4 weeks, Express Post 10 days-2 weeks. Any overpayments in postage will be refunded.
  • Please ensure your address is correct as we are unable to update or cancel orders once posted.
  • Any transit delays are beyond our control and may extend the delivery providers estimate due to custom delays, weather events, pandemics etc, please know if there is an issue I will help where I can.
  • If your order is a gift, due to custom requirements the value of the gift must be written on the form.
